TSP Surabaya Office conducted 3-days Orientation Training for the new hires in TSP East Area.
The training covers:
Day 1: Company Profile & HRGA; Internal Procedure, Import & Logistics; FA - Tax, LC, Claim Procedure, PO; FA - Approval Limits & Delegation; FA - Credit & Collection.
Day 2: Distribution Chain - Unitary Product of McQuay & Acson - SOP & Product Knowledge; Filtration Chain (AAF) - SOP & Product Knowledge; Comfort Chain - Applied Product SOP & Product Knowledge; Service Chain Sales & Project - Internal SOP & Technical Service Procedure; Service MSS/DSS - Internal SOP & Technical Service Procedure; Marketing.
