ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE BOARD OF KOMISARIS
To All TSP Employees:-
We wish to announce that Budi Widjaja will be leaving TSP in mid June 2010 to work with his family business.
Budi has been a great leader for TSP and we will miss him.
The Board is very grateful to Budi for all of the achievements and success TSP has experienced under his leadership, building stronger teams and developing important relationships with principals, dealers, customers and banks; we thank him for his dedication and the substantial contribution he has made to TSP.
Budi will continue to serve TSP by acting as an advisor to the Board of
Commissioners. We are glad that our relationship with Budi will continue and we appreciate Budi’s input and willingness to work with us in making this transition as smooth as possible.
For nearly 20 years TSP has been a leader in the Indonesian market. The
spirit and enthusiasm we saw from the TSP team in Kaliandra gives us great confidence that we will continue to build on the great successes of the past and to create an even better and more exciting TSP success story for the future.
We are now commencing a professionally managed search and evaluation
process as we look to identify and appoint a new President Director to lead TSP into the future, and capitalise on the great position and opportunity we have in Indonesia. We will keep you up to date on the search as it progresses and Justin Taylor will fill the role of Acting CEO in any interim period between Budi’s finishing and our appointing a new President Director.
In the meantime, please look forward to a TSP gathering, in honour of
Budi’s committed leadership and to appreciate his unwavering dedication. At this event, we will formally thank Budi for contributing to the success of our great company and wish him well in all his future endeavours.
